I had purchased the original iPhone version, the iPad version, and the
"playback on the device" module of iPeng. It all used to work fine on my
iOS devices until a little while ago I got a new iPad and now I cannot
restore the purchase of the "playback on device" module on new new
device. When I am in the iPeng for iPad app, i get to the screen where
the option to purchase or to restore previous purchase are given, I am
prompted to login with my Apple ID, and... nothing happens. The screen
does not change. This is very repeatable behavior.

I wonder if I press the "purchase" button, would it eventually realize I
already purchased it on another iPad with the same Apple ID, and not
charge me twice?
