I don't know what a deskband is. The term doesn't appear in html help. It appears in the index in winhelp, but that brings you to the taskbar page, which doesn't mention the word as far as I can see. It doesn't exist in winhelp-find. Ahh, from browsing this forum, it seems you mean a taskbar toolbar. Looks like it's time to move on. :) I'll live with floating toolbars.
