No, neither is there.
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{B215D746-32BD-4a13-AB81-93A03C3E0073} doesn't
exist.

I removed the taskbar bar and installed it again. No change in the
registry (at that location). 

I browsed the windows event viewer, didn't see anything that looked
relevant.
