Hi all,

I recently acquired a PowerBook 1400/166C that has a Vimage Vpower 233MHz G3 processor
upgrade. However, the unit did not come with an AC adaptor.

Also, I was wondering if anybody knew where I could find some info on the processor
upgrade? Unfortunately a Google search yielded very little. :-\ Mostly I'm wondering
if this card needs a certain amount of ram, or drivers to work. (If it's not obvious
yet, I haven't tried powering up the 'book yet).

My reply:
I have the same combo of computer and Vimage G3...

A few years ago someone on the list (sorry I've forgotten your name) was kind enough
to send me the Vimage extension. I don't know if there was a control panel available.
I can send the extension to you if you would like - its small.

Unfortunately, there is very little info out there. If anyone has further info, please
pass it on :-)

J
