Hi I'd also chip in for the value of Retrospect. I've used it for many years, and only a few weeks ago pulled a file off a 150MB tape cartridge at least ten years old. An old Sun SCSI tape drive and the archive were still fully supported. OK, it was lucky that the tape still worked, but I was impressed that the archive was readable and I didn't have to fire up an old 68k Mac to try it.
