Some programs, GC being one, can perform the rotation of a JPG, 100%
losselessly.

Can Photoshop also perform a 100% lossless rotation? Its a yes or no answer.


(I'm not talking visible loss or visible degradation, I'm talking any loss
whatsoever, however miniscule. GC is guaranteed 100% lossless, PS is not,
however you may want to argue the point.) I'm not asking about workflow, or
any other point, just a simple yes or no, to the above question.) If PS
cannot do this function 100%, then the answer is no. If it can do it 99.99%
recurring, the answer is still no, its not 100%.)
