Never mind what DABS offer - the device is not fit for purpose. Send a recorded final demand for refund, if they don't cough up then sue as a small claim at <http://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/>. Add in your delivery charge, postage & any extra you have to pay for a replacement. Don't waste your time, they'll pay.
