Microtek called me early this morning. They say that No, it won't work on Panther. They are hoping to provide some drivers later this month (there are already some for other scanners). Silverfast 6.1 works for some (at a cost). The Belkin adapter probably will not work. I've heard nothing from Ed Hamrick (Vuescan) but still have hope. Adaptec have not been any help, nor in the end have Apple or their support lists. So it's back to 10.2.8 & hang on for the vapourware drivers to condense.
