All I can say Matt is that if you're happy using film and your clients are too, then why change indeed? All the points you raised are valid ones and need changes in your working methods to accommodate them. There are plenty of benefits to digital (I am a full blown convert) but it will probably work better for you when you feel the time is right to change. You say you already have a D100 - so you won't have to make a huge investment in kit - nothing like 3 years ago anyway. Why not just trial it alongside your film methods for a couple of jobs and see how things go?
