Bob & Tony

Before you give up on UK printers, perhaps you might be prepared to give one
more a try.
I was recommended to use them myself a year ago by a client and have not
looked back.
Originally it was just for one job (a school prospectus) but now I give them
all my work.

They are called Waterside Press and are based in Hertfordshire.
The first thing that impressed me was the personal service. I was assigned
an agent who looks after all my needs and is usually my one point of contact
even though I know many of the staff now.
Even though I live 20 miles away she drives over to me all the time to show
me proofs and paper etc without the slightest hesitation.

Here is a few more things about them.

Their proofing is always spot on
They will tweak the presses for you
They accept InDesign files (which I work in, Euroscale Coated v2)
They are never late
They are fine art printers so know about colour
They use AM and FM screening
They have the latest litho and digital printers for large and small volume
work.

Anyway, I don't work for them! And I am in no way associated with them.

If anyone would like to give them a go, let me know and I will give you the
details of Zoe, the agent that looks after me.

All the best,

Nathan.
