Does this not simply occur with copyright as per AOP terms.

This is subject to my usual terms and conditions:
Payment 30 days from invoice date, copyright in the photographs will only
be assigned to the client on receipt of full payment on the due date. Prior
to such assignment , no use may be made of the photographs without express
permission. In exceptional cases, permission may be given, but this will
automatically be revoked if full payment is not made by the due date or if
the commissioning company is put into receivership or liquidation.
I have used precisely these terms for digital photography and had the
money paid from the original client in one case and the new agency acting
for another client in another case.
