Thanks for that. From my reading of the official .gov guidelines to be doubly sure I think you have to mention the paperwork which proves the pictures you want money for are actually yours and not pictures which have been paid for on a previous invoice. I have something similar from Bapla but I will add a proof of ownership in some way.

I have used precisely these terms for digital photography and had the
money paid from the original client in one case and the new agency acting
for another client in another case.
