This seems to assign *copyright* and not grant Licence to Use/Rights to Use ("usage").Is that the purpose?
I may be missing something but if we are licencing images then using the word "copyright "in the terms would surely lose you that ability?
I'd use "the Licence to Use only comes in to effect when..." payment is received etc.
