I disagree with both of you. I'm not a lawyier, but my mother is, and she says there is nothing "illegal" because the law does NOT say something is "forbidden", it just says that if it can be proved that you have done something you will have to do some time or pay some fine. So there's no way you are 'outside' the law because the law does not establish a line, it just punishes some conducts. But if you are willing to accept the time then why wouldn't you do the deed? And that would be something between you and the law, nobody else's business. Around here your "legal file" (don't know the term, where the state keeps the story of your convictions) is considered private, and not in public domain. _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[EMAIL PROTECTED] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
