Matt 5:22

Not at all. I also speak Russian fluently, and can read Latin and Greek,
too. I've read the gospels in the original Greek (I'd love to learn and read
Aramaic and Hebrew some day), and am quite studied in the profound nuances
of language---probably better than someone who also studied literature but
knows only one language.

I also try to discern the spirit behind the words people use.

> You just see
> what you
> want to see and therefore your vision will always be clouded and wrong.

Help me out here. Where am I wrong?

I see a 19 year old who has been working for 4 and a half years at
McDonalds, while going to school to be a disc jockey.

All very commendable, except this: In his one chance to communicate with the
most powerful man in the world, all he wants to know is what the President
of the United States is going to do to force his employer to give him
cadillac benefits, or otherwise ensure he has them, no matter how. He
believes he's entitled, and Obama is going to guarantee his entitlement.

Meanwhile, he's palpitating, declaring what a blessing the President's mere
holy presence is, oh gracious god thank you, and lifting his hands in joy
and adoration at every phrase that utters forth from his messiah's lips.
He's convinced that *this* messiah is going to save him from all
uncertainty, and he is continually rejoicing, waving his cap and lifting up
his hands--indeed, he can barely contain his excitement.

I saw a soul in complete bondage to the god of this world. Actually, a whole
auditorium full of them. Satan loves this kind of thing, he wants people
focused on corruptible man, on satisfaction of the desires of the flesh, on
false saviors. Because when they disappoint -- not *if* but when -- then
these people will lose all faith, and hate God even more for it.

I watched an elderly woman grovel before a man and sell her soul to him for
a car and a kitchen. You'll see her a lot now -- she's the new "face of the
recession." She'll be on Oprah and The View and probably become another
congresswoman for life. I saw another man ask the new messiah to guarantee
him the same pay after he loses his job as he had before he lost his job. No
walking in faith or the spirit here---we want our earthly creature comforts
guaranteed, no matter who you need to rob, so we don't need God. We got
Obama!

Just get me my benefits! Get me a car and a kitchen! Guarantee my wage!
Amen!

I've not seen anything like this in our politics, ever.

I'm amazed that this was not troubling to your spirit on any level.

Have you no discernment?

Watch it again.
