I thought I was on the phone to a 'help' line there for just a minute..... "sorry sir it's not our fault, you are using it wrong"......"well yes of course it let you do that"......"well no if you do that it won't work"....."well yes of course it let you do it"............"no, no, you don't get any error messages or warnings, the software just stops running, that's completely normal practice in our industry sir"........"look here, after 6 months you will learn which bits work, which bits nearly work and which bits don't work at all, after which you just don't use those bits"......... "oh' while you are here sir can I interest you in our new upgrade policy, it is only 2000 dollars"........."you want to know what it is for sir"........."yes I can tell you that, after intial purchase we will send you more bits that sometimes work, nearly work and don't work, which you used to get for free".......... etc...etc....
