Michael, well this news won't help you out but I never use 'Use Software Arcs' and certainly don't see your problem. Sorry but figured I could probably tell you that you seem to be barking up the wrong tree unless it is something specific to your database. I am relatively sure that many others also don't use 'Use Software Arcs' judging by other discussions here in the recent past. SO I am sure that you are chasing some other fault, just seems to be the fault of the 'Use Software Arcs' feature right now.
