It is basically an exception error about a .dll with respect
to pcb, but can't reproduce at this moment as another
designer had the error. But it seems to be related to
larger polygon plane over smaller ones. I thought of
deleting the large and redoing it (and that works too),
but I guess moving it with like you said a seed via for net might be
simpler.
Other CAD systems deal with this type of thing very well
where you do not have to deal with moving one
plane to edit another.
I did try the move option on a copy of the design that did not seem to
exhibit the error, and there does not seem to be any easy way to
put the plane back ot its original position???? You cannot see it
as you are moving it, so it may take a fiew tries or pick it up
at a specified point and record coordinates??
