Something smells rotten in your area. Did you call and ask the issue. Are the parts backordered or were they late in ordering, because some employees only work 32 hour weeks. You have the right to know the part numbers as well. You can call the manufacture to determine if the part numbers are in or backordered. It is also possible that your provider is on credit hold, due to slow or lack of payment. You can work behind the scene to get all of your answers and perhaps, faster service. I bought out of pocket in March from a battery supply business and they covered 2nd set in June/July but said it had to be my chair. DME came out in July and was suppose to order new batteries and parts. I called in September asking where are my batteries and parts? Never got ordered. They replaced batteries Sept 9 with MK brand and replaced Oct 31 but said MK won’t warranty my current set. My parts won’t be in supposedly until Dec 14 and by then I am sure my batteries will be bad. I don’t feel I should pay out of pocket since I’ve been trying to get them to fix my chair since July. The failure rate on those imported China Batteries have a very high failure rate and only a 6 month warranty. Make sure you place a note or sticker on each battery, as to when it was installed, then hold your provider's feet to the fire. Best Wishes In a message dated 12/1/2016 6:13:05 P.M. I get about 3 to 4 miles. I use to go 8 miles fine. I do not think he knew his butt from a hole in the ground. All his answers were “Charge it longer, needs 12 hours a day” I've been in a chair 34 years, never charged it 12 hours a day and I wet 13 miles one day. Just got new batteries 2 ½ months ago. He did no real testing other than an Amp? Meter. They will replace the batteries, and hope its that. Hope its not the chair draining them for some reason. I'd like to get it at least running good before I get a new one. I'd like to keep it as my backup. Greg
