All I can think of is that you might want to try a good electronics person to check your chairs. I use a 08 tdx and just went at least 6 miles and didn't use a 50% charge on 4 year old interstate maintenance free marine batteries. I got them and a polycarbonate divider that I was told should always be used when batteries are settled together. I haven't had a box with both batteries together since the late 80s. Everest & Jennings used to nestle batteries beside each other like this chair and they needed dividers that didn't come with the chair. I don't know if this will help anyone but it's an idea. I know that it's out of pocket , but electronic repair shops and many auto mechanics have been more help to me than DME's. Much faster too. Best Wishes , John s .
