All I can think of is that you might want to try a good electronics person to check your chairs. I use a 08 tdx and just went at least 6 miles and didn't use a 50% charge on 4 year old interstate maintenance free marine batteries. I got them and a polycarbonate divider that I was told should always be used when batteries are settled together. I haven't had a box with both batteries together since the late 80s. Everest & Jennings used to nestle batteries beside each other like this chair and they needed dividers that didn't come with the chair. I don't know if this will help anyone but it's an idea. I know that it's out of pocket , but electronic repair shops and many auto mechanics have been more help to me than DME's. Much faster too.Best Wishes , John s .

The failure rate on those imported China Batteries have a very high failure rate and only a 6 month warranty. All his answers were “Charge it longer, needs 12 hours a day” I've been in a chair 34 years, never charged it 12 hours a day and I wet 13 miles one day. Just got new batteries 2 ½ months ago. He did no real testing other than an Amp? Meter. They will replace the batteries, and hope its that. Hope its not the chair draining them for some reason. I'd like to get it at least running good before I get a new one. I'd like to keep it as my backup. Greg
