Sounds a lot like Radiator is not acknowledging some (or maybe all) of your
accounting packets.

I have heard previously of cases of Livingston's crashing when this happens: it
seems they fill up with accounting requests in the retransm,it list, aand
eventaully die.

I would suggest looking at the Radiator log at trace level 4, and try to
determine if and why Radiator is not replying to accounting requests.

If you have trouble, send me the log and your config file (no secrets), and I
will take a look.
