*Here's where Truth meets Fiction..

A "Leader" did spank a sassy boy.
There is NO after action report! Zero flap, mutter or complaint.

If the Leader had asked if "policy" allowed such action..
"we" (Adult leaders) would have said "Don't do it" 

*But since he did.. swiftly, clean and quiet..
(I asked SPL/Sr.Guide if he knew waht happened- He "didn't"
 so I did not fill him in on "details")

The entire Adult Leader patrol has "closed ranks" and is
not talking about the incident.  All that was said "outloud"
was "*Thanks.." from the Grandpa.

Question?

1. Is this a lapse of "ethics"

2. Is this wise Leadership?
