In our Outpost if a boy refuses an order, after ample time to repent and obey still refuses he is dismissed from camp and parents contacted to pick him up. If that is not possible two leaders will take him home. He will be barred from future campouts as well. However I can report that since this rule has been in place we have not had to go that far. Under no circumstances should a leader spank a boy.
