I'm not talking GMA, just Recruit, Powderhorn or 2nd class. I do think that a lot guys will give up and go do something else if they are not encouraged to keep at it. It seems to be a product of our instant society today. "Entertain me" society. We, as leaders, have to compete to keep their interest peaked or we tend to lose them to Yuth or the whatever. Nintendo or Playstation or whatever will be more appealing and they will sit in a room and play that for hours. Memorizing the Bible or some points of an emblem are like schoolwork-they'd rather play! In a way I can't blame them. We need to make Rangers more fun than the games they have now. my .02 Bob Simons
