*I gave it some thought and Victor is right in line with GW Bush.

"Saddam had.. *HAD leathal wepons. That is the fact that has us hunt'n him
down." quote Pres.GW Bush

It's the potential in the hands of a murderous mind... We never
know when we may go psycobilly.. So.. keep me from my Leatherman
I might take you out!<G>

Just a note...

Peace is not allways protected by military might or by leathal force.

"Peace I give you, not as the world gives"

Civility, Social order, effective government does not require "Peace"
Some "Peace" is the result of opression, of manipulation of liberty.

It is a strange combination to think we beleve any american who meets
the minumim starndard may buy,own and keep a rifle able to kill hundreds.

(*say hotrod converted AR15 or AKM 7.62x39 ect. or sniper grade 30.06
hunting rifle.. or Ruger 10-22 with 50 round drum and "hellfire hand
crank")

 A gun, like a

Yup.. But I attend Gun Shows in Portland,Or and there are pallets
and rows of surplus ammo never intended to fire at rabbits<G> These
surplus guns are flooding our country.. *I bought a Chi Comm SKS for
$99.00 that has way more technology than I *need...

Just how many guns and how many rounds of .223 for my Mini-14 do I
need to stock to provide security? *I don't know<G>

Hope you see I'm trying to be honest.

I'm just one American and I don't know exactly how many guns I own
or where they are in the house! I got gun parts and ammo for guns
I own and gun YOU Own<G>

No doubt about it.. America is a shoot'n state.
It wasn't enough for our childhood hero's to pack Iron..

I was given a Mattel gun for christmas... and later handed one
by the US Goverment.<G>

Adiran carried a L1A1 FN FAL in the Oz army... *But he didn't
collect them at home for sport like I do<G>

Victors made a good point.

We have too many guns in the USA
