Noel.. the People you need to convince is the BOYS!

..Now they- come with parents ect. so then the real deal is parents<G>

Think hard how to build a reason for the boys to insist that they show
up on time.. Exciteing games ect or openings will help.

My .02 cents says it's not Sr.Cdr. who has the problem.
