I heard a program on Dobsons program about a sunday school teacher who
did something very simular.
She had several ways to get them to behave this way works as I can
remember teachers doing it as I was growing up.
1. In the very begining of the session, show them a treat (or something
they like very much...game time) explain to them, all will get a to enjoy
this treat. However, if your name goes up on the board with 2 marks next
to it you will miss out on that treat. She explained if someone was
acting up she would write their name up on the corner of the board and
just keep on with her leason. She said this kept the entire group in
check and rarely did you have more then a name and a check.
