Spirit Rider(rest),
Hey there at my Opost basically what we do is that. We try
to start the meeting on time. If anyone comes late they can quickly go to line. If
it is important the Cmdr will repeat it. An idea you might want to try is how about
start the meeting early. Have them line up for those who can get the meetings early.
