The Good samartian law stands on its own. No certifcation of any kind
can keep you from being sued. I was envolved in a Hunters Safety Course
we held "State Certified" teaching gun safety does not hold me or anyone
liable for what someone does or doesn't do with a gun. Same with First
aid. Show them the right way to handle a gun/first aid and you will be
better off then not showing them. That is the issue here.
