Very good point Kevin.
There are advantages and disadvantages. The real answer is commitment.
(pssst.....Buy stock in a patch company then you will like the changes)
Har!!!!
Last night I did a little work for Paul Stanek at his house. He showed me
Johnny Barnes first Black Powder Rife that Johnny had carved his name
into and we talked about the changes that are coming up.
Paul is envolved in his Churches Outpost Council and they are developing
the RR program at his Church.
Change is good. Just keep Reaching, Teaching and Keeping Boys for
Christ..
I have camped, cooked and ate with some of the National Staff. I have
seen them envolved in our Local Royal Ranger Events. They do come from
active Royal Ranger backgrounds and are ropin stomping Royal Ranger
Children of the King. The changes that will come into effect in a year
or so just like any changes some we will like some will get the thumbs
down.
There are nights when a preplanned meeting structure would be a life
saver. There are nights when we won't use the preplanned meeting
structure and work on Pinewood Derby Cars, Rockets or go into Pow Wow
mode etc.
What we have now works. But it could use some sharper edges!
