There's an old saying that goes something like this;
If it ain't broke don't fix it;
But to be really honest with ourselves maybe, our saying should be;
If it isn't broke you haven't looked at it hard enough.
The only way we can get better is to be honest with ourselves, Is the current
program working 100% across the board? Now be honest! No, it is not. Why?
Who really knows? At least the powers to be are looking and trying to find
out a way to fix whatever they can to make us better. Commitment or not, how
many LTC trained Leaders has your Outposts lost because they just couldn't
get it, so to speak. Lets face it some Leaders are teachers and lesson plans
come natural. Some Leaders have watched, trained hard, and adopted good
lessons plans. Then there are some Leaders that couldn't create a lesson plan
if he had to. The new program will fix some of that and help each Outpost
retain the watchful eye of several Leaders that would never darken the door
of the Ranger room because, they knew or felt like they could never create
the lesson plan.
Bring it on Commander Marriott I await your part of the Royal Ranger vision
with great anticipation.
