There's also a bit of a requirement call a "calling" ... the real problem
may be with those who are either unwilling to heed the call, or who are not
spiritually tuned enought to hear it. Some times they need a nudge in the
right direction.
Pray about it and if so called, heed your call to help with a push if
needed...

That's all nice and admirable, but by your comments, there should be a
waiting list for Sunday School teachers. After all, they have planned
meetings, and there are little requirements. So where are the teachers?
The problem is not the program and the material, it is a lack of men willing
to teach the next generation. Making it easier to teach is not the problem.
People don't want to make a commitment.
