This wasn't the main thrust of your message but I thought I'd insert a comment here. I believe that if you are truly called by God, led by God, ministered to by the Holy Spirit, and constantly in God's will then you CAN'T burn out. I think it was Victor (remember him?) who said that passionate people don't get burned out - I agree with that. We may get "tired" but I tend to believe that "burnout" is more of an excuse than a reality.
