Here are some of the Dutch Oven Recipes you all asked for. I haven't
used a
Dutch Oven or tried these recipes since ANTC, so please feel free to
correct any
errors you find.

BANANA HERSHEY
Items needed: Bananas, Hershey bars, and aluminum foil.

- Split open the banana peel.
- Cut/chop up the banana in the peel.
- Put chocolate in peel.
- Wrap the banana in aluminum foil.
- Put in Dutch Oven until mushy.

ORANGE MEATBALLS (also done w/GREEN BELL PEPPERS)
Items needed: Oranges, hamburger, and any other seasonings (to your own
taste).

- Make large meatballs with hamburger and seasoning.
- Slice an orange in half.
- Cut out the pulp.
- Put a meatball in the cup of the peel.
- Place in the Dutch Oven.
- Cover with lid and hot coals.

DUMP CAKE
Items needed: A can of fruit cocktail or other fruit, and a box of white
cake mix.

- Dump the fruit cocktail into the Dutch Oven - juice and all.
- Dump the cake mix in the Dutch Oven - CAUTION: DON'T STIR.
- Level the cake mix. Don't add anything else.
- Cover until cooked.
- To see if it's cocked: Poke a fork or a toothpick in the cake mix, pull
it out,
if there's no cake sticking to it - the cake is ready.

ENCHALADIS WITH PIE FILLING
Items needed: A can of apple pie filling, raisins, store bought packaged
enchiladas, brown sugar, and a frying pan that goes in the Dutch Oven(?).

- Place pie filling in the enchiladas
- Roll it like a burrito.
- Place enchiladas in the frying pan.
- Put the rest of the pie filling on top of the enchiladas.
- Sprinkle raisins and brown sugar on top.
- Put frying pan in the Dutch Oven.

Remember: Preheat the Dutch Oven. Baking requires a few coals under the
oven
with most of the coals on top of the oven. Place one quarter to one
third of the coals
on the top and the three-quarters or two-thirds on top. Having too many
on top will
over cook the top and vice versa.

Also, I believe there is a frying pan (w/o handle) that can be placed in
the Dutch Oven.

Bon-a-petite.
