I think it would better serve the ministry if you were to continue to
campaign for
change and to advise men to go to NTC while informing them of the exact
nature of
circumstance they MIGHT encounter. To flatly discourage men from all over
the US
and world to avoid NTC where ever they might attend is a disservice to the
boys
who need their leaders to attend NTC and receive training. I would agree
that many
NTCs are run as you have experienced it. I am not convinced that EVERY NTC
will
reflect your experience, nor am I convinced that change is absolutely
necessary ...
