That's it right there. Fix that and the bulk of your specific problems
with Razor will go away. Without confirming subscriptions, your list can
be used to list-bomb people and very much ought to be blocked
irrespective of content until this technical flaw is fixed. See

That does not solve the theoretical problem of gaming Razor to
erroneously flag messages as spam but I suspect that practically, it's a
lot harder to be victimized if you run a properly confirmed email list.
Hint: Mailman works wonders and you can't beat the price.

Given the retribution exacted by spammers on those that report them,
it's no wonder people want to report anonymously. I'd rather improve an
anonymous trust scheme than give Cloudmark a big subpoenable mailing
list.

Spamcop is a bad example because their statistics are thoroughly borked
and getting unlisted may depend a great deal on your personality,
regardless of their users' accountability.

Short answer, fix your list confirmation, wait two months, and see if
that cures your problem. If not, we can reevaluate the adequacy of
Razor's trust system then.
