Pulled the trigger yesterday and sent my 20 ton jack to Shapeway's for printing. Charlie thanks for the name I had never heard of them. Only cost $25.00 to have it printed. When it arrives will get it to Frank and see if it's ok for molding. If so we will try it with a sprocket next, hopefully I didn't screw it up to badly. :) John i'd be curious to see pictures of the jack when it arrives and some close-ups of it to see how well it turned out. $25.00 seems to be very cheap and hope because it's round it doesn't turn out bad.
