I don't agree with that at all. A happy customer has as much influence, if not more, than unhappy ones. When I'm happy with a product you won't hear from me. You can't please everyone, and as is very evident in this list, some can never be. I found several messages where you espouse the wonders of xcode, and mono, and yet I still see you complaining about RB.
