Please don't tell me Mike Cameron is the answer. I like Mike Cameron, I think he is a decent signing, if he is our fourth outfielder. If the Sox are looking to Cameron to play everyday in the outfield then I think we have some issues. The guy is 36 and he hit .250 with 24 HR & 70 RBI in the NL last year. It would be hard to expect anything more from him this year. If Cameron is replacing Bay then we have a serious power deficiency in a lineup that didn't have enough power last year.
I'm really hoping that we'll hear about them signing another big bat (or two) very soon.
