Here's the thing. We retire numbers in situations where nobody else
could credibly wear the number. Who is going to wear 8 or 9 now?

27?  Easily worn by another. Tek could have had it for all I care.

The kind of acknowledgement that Fisk negotiated for should not have
been for sale.
