I was at the game on Sunday and here's what I noticed. Bill Hall cannot play second base worth a damn. He lumbers. The first ball hit to him was to his right. He lumbered over to it, managed to reach it, and then threw the ball high. Youk saved him.
Molina cannot catch major league pitching. There were no wild pitches in that game, there were two passed balls. Molina also couldn't hit major league pitching. Oddly enough the vets made the errors. Scutaro through the ball away and I think Drew lost Lugo's line drive in the sun. So it looked like the young players dragged down the vets. Lackey, BTW, was pissed off. You could see it in his body language. I wanted to see him get 10 by the All Star break, but his team let him down.
