O.K. I won't say anything about the jpg, but I'll probably bite my lip
in half.

The difference in the music you hear will be subtle if your equipment
can't reproduce all of the music.  That's a given.  To get the most out
of a performance you will have to train your ears a bit.  If you have
fun and enjoy your music without going through the trouble, that's
really o.k..  Just enjoy.
