It feels "Various Artists" should be handled exactly the same was as
any other album artist. "Various Artists" is just an album artist,
which either can could come from an ALBUMARTIST tag or automatically
generated by SBS logic for albums with multiple aritsts where no
ALBUMARTIST tag exists. It shouldn't matter if it come from a tag or
has been automatically generated when later browsing artists.
That way, the option in the SBS setting would really be a choice
between:
- Show all artists in artist lists
or
- Show only album artists in the artist lists
No special handling required for "Various Artists" when browsing, the
special logic is only needed during scanning. The "Various Artists"
entry would as you suggest be sorted together with all other artists.
