No problem. glad it is sorted. by the way, I use the "check for new..." scan only when I've deleted some files entirely or added new files. Works fine then. But if I've changed any tags, artwork, etc. on existing files, I find that I really need to do a "clear and rescan" to get everything right.... And it is nice that under post 7.6.x it is much faster. I find 7.7.1 very fast for audio only. I just scanned about 67,000 files in about 45 minutes with clear and rescan on my office windows 7(64) machine.
