if you have lots of ripping, I can't recommend dbpoweramp enough. Most
folks recommend only two rippers: EAC and dbpa.  Both use accuraterip
database(actually Spoon, creater of dbpa also created accuraterip I
believe). dbpa will do everything you want to do in a quality way. it
isn't free, but is the best approximately $30 you could spend for your
ripping needs....
