It wouldn't surprise me to learn that iHM stations don't have the option to apply the effect in the production room, because they use a music library that is common to the whole chain.
And since NexGen is owned by iHM and exists primarily to serve iHM, they surely wouldn't have added the feature unless some of thweir stations needed it.
