I run Debian myself but Ubuntu is Debian so I can't complain there. I would tell you that I enjoy the Fast Light Window manager after having used KDE, Gnome, AfterStep, WindowMaker, XFCE, Blackbox, Enlightenment, CDE, TWM, etc.. All I ever really wanted out of a window manager is provided by FLWM and in a memory footprint smaller than the bash shell. :-D In any case... I'd love to see a screenshot of what I'm missing using such a KISS window manager if you get the chance to upload something! :-) peace, core -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.0 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFCPSgoGAuLrxOyeJMRAsFdAKDpmLaLdrQUGlvqmBZnwMh9J3rbtQCguDSk LRPAx92MMe5NdDxfqFcRipE= =nS/b -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ RLUG mailing list [email protected] http://lists.rlug.org/mailman/listinfo/rlug
