That sounds right.  I think we can proceed with that plan.

* Leave Import / Export for later (maybe post merge)

* We talked about capturing a key press instead of expecting users to know Qt 
nomenclature.  I think this could be a stretch goal, or postponed to after 
merge.

If we get everything else on the list correct (all using Qt4) then I think we 
have a very usable first solution that can be expanded to accommodate the other 
niceties.

Let me know if you need some help...I'll certainly compile the branch when 
asked and give feedback.  I'll help with some of the coding if you request as 
well...but I better get back to my studies...I'm a bit behind the ball...
