Hi,
Earlier PIO decided cost of information as Rs 2660/-. Details of calculations
not submitted.
Matter went to AA. PIO couldn't furnish details of calculations during
appeal. Order by AA is awaited.
In the interim, now PIO sent details of calculations with a comment - fee
charged @ Rs. 5 per page and cost of information is now increased to Rs.
2820/-.
Cause for per page cost of Rs. 5 is not justified.
I am awaiting for order by AA. Please guide.
